Phillies Finally Land Roy Halladay and Sign a Long Term Deal with Him

The Philadelphia phillies have finally landed Roy Halladay. In the mean time the Phillies had to trade Cliff Lee and got some prospects back for him. The Blue Jays will have more money to sign free agents. It was a great deal for all 3 teams.
