WEC 46 draws 10,027 spectators and banks 550k Dollars. Faber, Campuzano and Wheeler get 10k bonuses

World Extreme Cage Fighting put up arguably the best fighting card possible to start 2010 in an impressive fashion. Faber, Mike Brown, Ben Henderson and Jamie Varner, WEC's biggest stars, were all fighting at the ARCO Arena in Sacrmento, Calif.
Campuzano and Wheeler earned a "Fight of the Night" award for their slugfest and Urijah Faber got the "Submission of the Night" for his rear naked choke in the third round against Raphael Assuncao. There was no "Knockout of the night" because none of the fighters on the card have good knockout power.
Average 55$ ticket price for a stacked WEC 46 card makes a huge difference between the UFC prices, as the same attendance of 10,027 spectators would draw nearly 1.5 million dollars for a UFC event.
