I don't know why the refs gave the Steelers a first down on this fourth down measurement, but it was clearly short of being a first down. http://dawgscooper.blogspot...

What I meant was the field goal was good and it was proven but nobody says anything until it's too late. One game they said the browns had around 20 penalties against them and they said only 2 were legit.

The browns always gety bad calls called on them. Look at the game against denver in the playoffs. We should have won and been in th superbowl cause it was good and it was proven but they only said it after the game was over. It's all about money cause this is a business anymore and not about the fans or the sport.

DECEPTIVE 2D IMAGES
It never ceases to amaze me how people are so easily misled by video images.

Anybody who is convinced that it was short is an idiot. Get a few props and set up the measurement yourselves. See how different it looks when the point of view is 15-20 degrees past perpendicular. There was absolutely no camera angle that would give evidence that it was short.

not a browns fan
It wasn't a bad call. It was what the refs wanted because its the golden steelers, the darlings of the nfl. Just like Troy P's hair, beautiful and bouncy. Face it steeler fans the NFL will change or bend the rules to make sure you win. But the rest of the NFL fans will always have Troy's beautiful bouncy hair to enjoy as he glides down the runway his hair blowing in the wind as he does a little head bob for the audience. You go girl

How about the missed holding call on Cribbs' return? I guess the Browns won in bad calls 7-3.
BTW- the refs didn't give up 34 points and a league high 417 yards passing. They also didn't drop any of Anderson's passes. Nice touch! Mangenus needs a QB. Hey, at least you got 12 draft picks to look forward to this spring. You know, the Draft! It has been your Super Bowl for the past decade in Cleveland.
The "real" Browns also lost in Minnesota today! Sucks to be a Browns fan.
@ Hate Steelers - So you're sayin' the NFL favored the Steelers the last 12 times they played the Browns?

WRONG ON THE BAD CAMERA ANGLE> if you watched the game, you would have seen the several different angles that showed it to be short. This was a huge mistake on the Refs, and Im sure their will be discussions about it in the future!
